Mark Schinzel
Mark Schinzel started his original company “On the Mark Investments” in 2020 after operating under his own name since 2018. Joining the company “We Buy Property” in 2022, he strived to help better tell the story of what WE do as a team in Pittsburgh area. Born and raised in Pittsburgh (moved back in 2021 to start his family) and having lived in Nashville for almost five years, he has a passion to help clients in both cities. Rather than giving just a low-ball cash offer, Mark and the We Buy Team continue to provide right-fit solutions to their clients unlike many national homebuyers that do not understand the local markets. Channing Schinzel
Channing is a crucial part of the We Buy Property team, as she is helping create our systems and processes to better serve you, our client. Using her background from Dell Technologies, she has and continues to help streamline our processes from our technology to HR, to our accounting.. her goal is to create a better customer experience for you. In addition to these tasks she has a great taste in design and helps with material planning and overall design when we remodel our homes. When she’s not at work, she is a full time momma to hers and Mark’s daughter, Delaney.

Cole Schinzel
If you speak to someone on the phone, there is a high change you will be speaking to Cole about your property! Cole has always had a passion for real estate and after graduating from UTSA in San Antonio he then joined the We Buy Property Team virtually where he is now in Los Angeles, California. Cole tends to come home (Pittsburgh) every few months to visit his family members that are still local here today. On Cole’s free time he loves to listen to electronic music, and walk his big dog, Nala!

Anna joined the We Buy Property team in 2023 and hasn’t looked back since! She previously worked in real estate as an assistant in Florida but now her goal is to help facilitate a seamless transaction for all parties involved in our transactions here in Pittsburgh. During her free time, Anna loves snorkeling and free diving, but she isn’t just a Thalassophile, she is also a musician who loves to sing or play different instruments and if she can’t enjoy those…. a good food spot will do!

Ellie is the In-Take Manager at We Buy Property, joining our team in 2024 to ensure timely and effective communication with homeowners. Before joining us, she relocated to California in 2018, where she gained valuable experience in property acquisitions. Outside of work, Ellie is a proud mother to an adorable little boy.
