Code enforcement officers do some of the most thankless work in local government. You document violations, issue notices, follow up on complaints, and try to hold the line on neighborhood standards — often in situations where the property owner is overwhelmed, absent, or simply out of options.

• Properties heading toward condemnation where an earlier intervention could save the structure

We are not looking for shortcuts around the enforcement process. We work through proper channels — legitimate purchase agreements, licensed title companies, proper conveyance. We are simply a buyer with the capital and the interest to step in where others won’t.

A Note on Referrals

We want to be straightforward: we do not pay referral fees to public employees or government officials, full stop. That is not how this works, and it is not something we would ever ask anyone to risk their position over.

What we are offering is simply a resource. If you encounter a situation where a property owner needs options, or where a neglected property could benefit from a buyer willing to take it on, you can point people toward us. The same way you might point someone toward any legitimate local business. Nothing more than that.
